Guardian did not receive the recovery request

Is the Guardian using the same device/phone where the shares are stored?

When saving the secret, the shares are distributed to specific devices. They are encrypted to the hardware security of the specific device and cannot be decrypted and accessed on other devices. If a Guardian upgrades the phone, those shares will not move to the new phone. The secret must be cloned and redistributed.

Same device, no pending action

If this occurs, verify the guardian is online and not disconnected. You can simply re-request the recovery for the secret.
